How we handle the information you share when contacting STREETTEECO.
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, company and website details, product requirements, message and any reference files you choose to attach. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss quotation, sampling and manufacturing.
Our inquiry form is processed by Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Email Service, which send your inquiry and any reference files to our mailbox at [email protected]. Our mailbox is hosted by Zoho Mail. The form handler does not store a separate copy of your inquiry; operational logs contain delivery identifiers rather than your message or attachments. For details about these providers, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Zoho Privacy Policy. Please only upload files you are authorized to share, and avoid including sensitive personal information.
You can contact us directly by email or through our WhatsApp links. These services process information under their own privacy policies. Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp.
To ask about your submitted information or request correction or deletion, contact [email protected].
