Custom Embroidery

Premium Embroidery Built Around the Garment.

Embroidery adds thread texture, depth and long-lasting brand detail to streetwear. We develop the stitch file around the garment weight, placement and artwork so the final result looks intentional rather than simply added on top.

What Embroidery Adds

Texture, Structure and a More Premium Brand Detail.

Embroidery works best when the artwork is simplified around thread behavior and the garment is stable enough to support the stitch density.

Clean, Defined Thread Work

Digitizing is adjusted to control edges, fill direction and stitch density instead of forcing print artwork directly into thread.

04 / Technique

Flat, Puff, Appliqué and More

Technique is selected around the artwork scale, garment structure and the surface character you want the brand to have.

Production Workflow

From Artwork to Finished Embroidery.

The embroidery file and the garment need to be developed together. Sampling is used to check distortion, puckering, coverage, placement and finishing before production scales.

Before Bulk

The Garment Must Support the Stitch.

Embroidery behaves differently on lightweight jersey, heavyweight T-shirts, fleece and washed garments. The stabilizer, stitch count and artwork scale need to be matched to the actual fabric instead of using one universal setup.

01
Digitizing + Stitch DensityArtwork is simplified and converted into a stitch path that controls fill, edges and thread direction.
02
Backing + Garment StabilityBacking and hooping are selected to keep the garment flat and reduce puckering or distortion.
03
Placement + RepeatabilityApproved placement references are retained so bulk pieces and future reorders follow the same standard.
