Quality Standards

Control the Details Before They Become Bulk Problems.

Quality control is built around the approved sample: measurements, fabric, sewing, decoration, labels and packing should all stay consistent from production start to final shipment.

01Use the approved sample and size specification as the reference for production.
02Check critical construction, measurement and decoration points during production—not only at the end.
03Complete final inspection and packing checks before cartons are released for shipment.

Core Inspection Points

Four Things We Keep Under Control.

Quality control should focus on the details that affect fit, appearance and repeat orders—not just cosmetic inspection at the end.

01 / Measurement

Fit & Size Spec

Check chest, body length, shoulder, sleeve and other critical measurements against the approved tolerance.

02 / Construction

Sewing & Finishing

Review seam quality, collar shape, rib recovery, hem alignment, loose threads and overall workmanship.

03 / Surface

Print, Wash & Color

Confirm artwork position, print appearance, wash effect and shade consistency against the approved sample.

04 / Brand System

Labels & Packing

Verify label orientation, hang tags, packaging, size identification and final carton details before shipment.

Approved Sample First

QC Starts With a Clear Reference.

The most useful quality standard is the one both sides can see and measure. That is why the approved sample, measurement chart and confirmed decoration / label details should stay connected through bulk production.

Measurement ReferenceUse agreed measurement points and tolerances so fit is checked consistently across sizes.
Visual ReferenceKeep color, wash, print placement and garment character aligned with the approved sample rather than relying on memory.
Repeat Order ReferenceRetain approved specifications so later reorders can follow the same standard instead of rebuilding the product from scratch.
Inspection Flow

Before. During. Final.

A simple three-stage QC structure catches issues earlier and keeps the final inspection focused on shipment readiness.

01 / Pre-Production

Confirm the Standard

Lock the approved sample, measurements, fabric, color, decoration and private-label details before bulk starts.

02 / Inline QC

Check During Production

Review critical measurements, construction and decoration during sewing and finishing so issues can be corrected earlier.

03 / Final QC

Release for Packing

Inspect finished garments, labels, packaging and order identification before cartons are closed for shipment.
